Overview
Own and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Windows endpoint solutions
Lead modern workplace, identity, and device management initiatives
Deliver secure, standardized, and automated endpoint experiences
Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra ID)
Manage identity, SSO, conditional access, and endpoint security policies
Architect and support Windows endpoint management (Intune, SCCM, or similar)
Deploy OS, application, and security updates; maintain configuration standards
Monitor endpoint health, logging, and user experience
Automate workflows using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
Partner with IT and Security teams to improve reliability and security
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows endpoints
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Windows OS
Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Workspace ONE, etc.)
PowerShell and automation experience
Microsoft certifications preferred
