Quality Assurance /User Acceptance Tester

DatamanUSA has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance /User Acceptance Tester to work with one of our direct clients in Los Angeles, CA.





Job Title: QA / UAT Tester

Duration: 12 months (with possibility of extension)

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90012 (Hybrid)

Required skills and experience:

• 3 5 years of QA/UAT experience with enterprise applications
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Clariti platforms preferred
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Zephyr (or equivalent)
• Able to write and maintain detailed test plans and cases
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating across roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Evaluation Criteria:

Education and Experience:

1. Relevant degree or certifications in Computer Science, QA Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
2. Previous work experience performing QA/UAT in enterprise environments
   

Technical Knowledge:

1. Demonstrated experience using Jira and Zephyr (or equivalent tools)
2. Ability to write and manage test cases, traceability matrices, and QA reports
3. Familiarity with QA standards, internal testing frameworks, and Clariti or Salesforce-based platforms

Project Management Support:

1. Experience coordinating with developers, analysts, and business units
2. Demonstrated ownership of QA timelines, defect triage processes, and reporting
