Job Description-

We re relaunching our search for a proactive UX Content Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, consistent user experiences. This role requires a strong background in content systems and a collaborative spirit to partner across design, research, and product teams. If you have experience working with design systems and are excited about incorporating LLMs into the design process, we d love to talk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain content systems such as glossaries, voice & tone guidelines, and other documentation within design systems.
• Write and structure UX copy for conversational UI and standard app/website flows.
• Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, PMs, and engineers to create seamless and consistent user experiences.
• Participate in the product design process from discovery through testing to final handoff.
• Experiment with and integrate LLMs into content workflows to streamline and enhance the UX design process.
• Be proactive in identifying content needs and opportunities across the product experience.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong experience in UX writing, content design, or related field.
• Strong experience with content systems (e.g., design system documentation, style guides, etc.).
• Familiarity with conversational UI and designing for chatbots or voice interfaces.
• Ideally some exposure to working with large language models (LLMs) within a design or content context.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable in fast-paced environments
