Summary:
Project Scope: You will work on a high-impact product that aggregates and visualizes data across key functional areas:
Network Metrics: 5G/LTE coverage, latency, drop rates, outages, site status
Sales & Activations: Device sales, SIM activations, port-ins/port-outs, channel performance Customer Experience: Trouble ticket trends, NPS, CSAT, resolution SLAs
Operational Health: SLA tracking, backlog monitoring, system availability, productivity metrics

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $80k - $95k/ year. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for the unified dashboard by collaborating with stakeholders across Network Engineering, Sales, Customer Experience, and BI.
- Understand and translate telecom-specific workflows (e.g., tower congestion, call routing, outage resolution) into clear, actionable dashboard views and KPIs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to help shape the mobile/web application experience by co-designing wireframes, user flows, and intuitive layouts using tools like Figma and Miro, tailored to different user personas.
- Write detailed user stories, feature descriptions, and acceptance criteria in JIRA/Confluence, supporting agile development cycles.
- Serve as the voice of the user, ensuring business and technical needs are both met with a focus on usability, accuracy, and clarity of insights.
- Coordinate with data engineers and architects to validate data sources, define logic for dashboards, and resolve gaps or inconsistencies.
- Lead or support UAT and internal demos, ensuring each release meets user expectations and business goals.
- Support roadmap development with insights on user needs, process improvements, and operational goals.
Must-Have Skills:
- Telecom domain experience (Network operations and Monitoring, OSS/BSS)
- Experience designing or contributing to mobile/web application features as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles, wireframing, and feature flow development
- Experience with dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization requirements Hands-on experience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile delivery methods
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, product, and business teams
- Experience creating Software design and Sequence diagram using Lucid Charts.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau, Power BI, Grafana
- Basic SQL or data querying knowledge
- Wireframing experience with tools like Figma or Miro
- Strong analytical mindset with a user-first approach
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
