Technical Client Success Executive
Location: San Antonio, Texas (Hybrid/Onsite)
Our client, a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) backed by private equity, is seeking a Technical Client Success Executive (CSE) to join their team. The firm delivers tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across Texas, combining deep technology expertise with a consultative approach to build long-term, strategic client partnerships.
This senior client-facing role is responsible for building and maintaining executive-level relationships, providing high-level IT consulting, and guiding clients through complex technology initiatives. The CSE serves as a trusted advisor, ensuring IT strategies and roadmaps align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients, advising on IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions
Develop and maintain 18 24 month technology roadmaps and IT budgets aligned with business goals
Lead executive meetings, presentations, and roadmap reviews with client leadership teams
Gather client feedback and industry insights to inform strategic planning
Oversee onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless integration and strong relationships from the start
Maintain accurate records of client roadmaps, opportunities, and implementations in internal systems
Educate clients on IT services and upgrades while managing project prioritization and delivery
Qualifications:
5 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, client success, or account management within an MSP or technology services environment
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and business-aligned IT strategy
Excellent executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage complex projects, IT budgets, and long-term client roadmaps
