Hiring for a Manager of Application Development!
Important Notes:
This is a hybrid position with some onsite presence required
Especially interested in candidates open to relocating to the Denver/Boulder area - relocation support or a sign-on bonus may be available for the right candidate.

Odyssey is partnering with a leading credit union to hire a Manager of Application Development for a direct hire role. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT leader with deep expertise in Symitar and the Jack Henry technology suite to lead a high-impact team supporting core banking and enterprise systems. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule (50% in-office).
REQUIRED SKILLS:
6+ years of experience in financial institution technologies such as Symitar, Synapsys, Synergy, SymXchange, ARCU, OpCon, MeridianLink, Encompass, Alkami, etc.
Hands-on experience in software development, version control, and testing practices
Proven leadership and people management experience
Strong understanding of Agile and project delivery methodologies
Ability to communicate with and influence executive leadership
Nice-to-Haves:
BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
Hands-on experience with PowerOn / RepGen
Familiarity with AIX, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and ITIL
Compensation & Benefits Highlights:
- Compensation: $115,000 $140,000 base + 8% annual bonus (~$124K $150K total comp)
