Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our Service Management team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between internal business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively captured, translated, and delivered through the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow Service Catalogue, improving workflows, optimizing service delivery processes, and designing solutions within the existing ServiceNow environment.

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders only to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

    • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency using ServiceNow.

    • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

  • Service Catalogue Management

    • Maintain and enhance the Service Catalogue in ServiceNow, including IT services, non-IT services, and HR services.

    • Design and make improvements in catalogue items, associated forms, and workflows.

    • Ensure catalogue accuracy, usability, and alignment with organizational service offerings.

    • Spend a significant portion of daily activities managing, improving, and supporting catalogue items, workflows, and ticket-driven processes.

  • Solution Design & Platform Improvement

    • Design solutions within the existing ServiceNow platform, ensuring they align with business objectives and platform best practices.

    • Work closely with developers and administrators to configure and enhance ServiceNow modules.

    • Drive business process improvement and policy enhancement related to ServiceNow service delivery.

    • Participate in change management, testing, and release coordination activities.

Required Skills:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
  • 4 years of experience in ServiceNow
  • Proficient in business process analysis, IT solution design, and Infrastructure domains.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong self-management skills, with a high level of initiative and dedication to complete assignments promptly.
  • Ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and evaluate problem-solving options.
