Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Informatica Developer with strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and Oracle PL/SQL to join our data engineering team. This role involves building, optimizing, and maintaining complex ETL processes to support enterprise data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL tuning experience, proficiency with stored procedures, and a solid understanding of data warehousing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.


• Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.


• Tune SQL queries for performance, scalability, and efficiency.


• Handle large datasets and complex transformation logic in a production environment.


• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.


• Perform data quality checks and ensure reliability across ETL pipelines.


• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues and production defects.


• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to iterative development cycles.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter for ETL development.


• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including writing complex procedures and tuning queries.


• Deep understanding of indexes, partitioning, and database performance optimization.


• Proven experience handling large-scale data processing and integration tasks.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).


• Experience with job scheduling tools like Autosys or Control-M.


• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
