Responsibilities:
- Lead complex technology initiatives across the enterprise
- Ensure successful delivery of strategic projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive projects from inception to completion while maintaining alignment with organizational goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Proven experience in large-scale enterprise environments (Financial Services or similar highly regulated industry experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and infrastructure
Desired skills:
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and enterprise architecture concepts
- Experience with modern DevOps practices
- Experience managing Citizen Led or End User Development environments
- Agile, Waterfall, hybrid methodologies
- Ability to interpret technical requirements, perform impact analysis, and translate into actionable plans
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project), and collaboration platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to resolve conflicts and mitigate risks
Pay range: $54.54 - $62.54
