Job Details
Role: Azure SME
Duration: Contract to hire 6 months
Location: Hybrid/San Francisco, CA (onsite 4x a month only so once a week)
Top Skills:
- Azure but should also know server infrastructure
- Onprem and cloud specially with azure
- Very technical who s very hands on.
Manage key IT services, including:
- Cloud Services: Administer Microsoft Azure (including Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics), the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps), and other cloud-based tools to support innovation and operational efficiency.
- Servers, Storage, and Virtualization: Oversee the migration of physical systems to virtualized and cloud environments while phasing out legacy infrastructure.
- Collaboration Tools: Oversee Microsoft 365, Entra, and AI tools like OpenAI and chatbots to enhance productivity and automation.
- Monitoring & Security: Implement and manage event, system, network, and security monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and compliance.
- Disaster Recovery and Continuity: Manage data center operations, colocation services, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans to ensure operational resilience.
