NEW ROLE: BUSINESS ANALYST (Fintech)
Location: New Jersey USA (Onsite)
Duration: 1 Year with possibility of extension
Duties:
A Fintech Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, interpreting complex data sets to generate actionable insights, and developing process models to drive operational improvements within financial technology solutions. The role involves creating detailed documentation, building dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with business goals. Key skills include proficiency in SQL, business process modeling, stakeholder management, and the ability to facilitate solution implementation and adoption in fast-paced, innovative environments
Core Skill Sets:
Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Expertise in gathering business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into detailed documentation for technical teams to implement solutions.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Strong analytical skills in working with structured and unstructured datasets, uncovering trends, and conducting root cause analysis using tools like SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
Process Modeling: Ability to develop business process models using BPMN, SIPOC, or swim lane diagrams, and contribute to process improvements.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial services systems, software development, test automation, workflow charting, and diagramming tools.
