Description:
- Product Quality Assurance (PQA) team performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of Facets Configuration for our Portfolio, Fully Insured, and ASO business segments.
- UAT consists of product quality analysts reviewing test outputs of benefit scenarios that mirror how a claim will process in real time.
- The benefit scenarios are then reviewed against source documents, such as the Benefit Summary, Baseline Matrix, ASO Matrix and Product Matrix to validate benefit intent.
- If discrepancies are found between source documents and Facets configuration, PQA will reconcile findings with various teams, such as Product Implementation and Strategy, Health Care Services, and Business Systems Analysis, to confirm whether an error exists and if so, determine where the source of the error is.
- PQA will then initiate a defect resolution process to trigger any adjustments to Facets Configuration until the test benefit scenario outputs match the agreed upon benefit in the source documents.
- UAT is the final verification of correct Facets configuration to ensure claims will be processed correctly.
- Custom Product Implementation (CPI) team is accountable for the review and creation of custom Fully Insured and Self-Funded employer group plan selections and the implementation of corresponding member facing and claims processing artifacts in conjunction with improving processes and delivering systems requirements that automate our work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departmental and business stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of product artifacts.
