Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.

What You'll Do:
- Support pre-go-live and go-live transition efforts.
- Install, configure, and support end-user devices, peripherals, and software.
- Deploy hardware including printers, scanners, carts, laptops, and desktops.
- Validate workstation functionality using predefined scripts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Assist with hardware refresh and facility tech deployments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for escalations and issue resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and document technical findings.
- Provide basic tech training to end users.
- Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation.
- Keep worksite clean and organized, including equipment setup and breakdown.
What You Bring:
- Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to follow technical documentation and scripts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a healthcare or fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mt. Pleasant site.
