Job Details
Role Summary
Need a Senior Data Scientist, building predictive models to support financial forecasting, content performance, and sales planning. You ll work closely with finance, sales, and product teams to ensure solutions are explainable, user-friendly, and business-aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Predictive Modeling: Develop and iterate on forecasting models using regression, boosting, etc.
- Exploratory Analysis: Use clustering/PCA; explore GenAI for metadata enrichment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business teams for feedback and domain input.
- Deployment: Work with ML Engineers to integrate models into production APIs.
- Model Monitoring: Ensure performance and continuous improvement post-deployment.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Align with architects, data engineers, and product/platform pods.
Must-Have Skills
- Python + ML Libraries: 4+ years (scikit-learn, XGBoost, pandas, etc.)
- GenAI Experience: LLMs, diffusion models; ability to work with sparse data
- AWS Tools: Strong experience with AWS for model integration and deployment
Nice to Have
- SQL fluency
- Familiarity with API deployment and ML ops best practices
Soft Skills
- Strong curiosity and adaptability in experimental/iterative environments
- Ability to present data science work in business-aligned, non-technical terms
