This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8-12 years of hands-on IT Engineering experience
- Expert-level experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365
- Extensive Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Advanced proficiency in Entra ID and identity management
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities
- Experience with Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) techniques
- CI/CD pipeline experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps
- Microsoft Azure platform services expertise
- Power Platform automation experience
- AWS cloud platform knowledge
- Experience with .NET, Python, and Angular
- Third-party monitoring solutions expertise
- Security best practices with Microsoft IAM and Conditional Access
- Root cause analysis and complex troubleshooting skills
- Vendor coordination and stakeholder communication experience
