Pay: $20.00 - $24.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8am -5pm (CST)
Description
Resource's typical working day:
- General desk top support
- Hardware/software support
- Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
- Responding to tickets
- Maintaining office technology
- Front facing customer service
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
- Backend office MS Office Support
- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Remote management
- Incident Request Management
Must Have Skills:
- Good technical skills, Good customer service
Nice to have skills:
- Banking or law firm support work,
- Experience with Apple iOS
- Adobe Acrobat
Years of Experience:
- 5+ years
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience
Software skills:
- MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
Overview of Work Environment:
- Supporting corporate office, work independently, but will have virtual team of support as well
