About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst for a one-year contract to support CRM enhancements within our Salesforce platform. This role is critical to ensuring that advisor workflows are streamlined, intuitive, and aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements that drive adoption and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead discovery sessions with business partners and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
2. Translate business needs into clear, detailed business requirements for Salesforce CRM solutions.
3. Document requirements in Confluence and collaborate with technical teams for implementation.
4. Support CRM enhancements related to:
- Sales funnel optimization (opportunities, leads, advisor workflows)
- Email templates and client communication processes
- Reporting and dashboard creation for advisor insights
5. Ensure alignment between business processes and Salesforce capabilities.
6. Collaborate across teams to manage data flows between Salesforce and backend systems (BI, sales, PolicyCenter).
