Job Details

We have a client in Grand Rapids, MI searching for a very important person, someone with an application focus. This will be a role we like to refer to as a Configuration Analyst, that is, someone who really understands the configuration and setup of the technology being used but also understands the business processes tied to the technology. In this case, the role will be focused on the time in attendance tools, the payroll system it s tied to, and associated 3rd party products tied into these tools. This can be a 12 month contract or permanent. It will require a couple days in office per week.
Typical responsibilities will include supporting the primary UKG Workforce platform and associated products like time clocks which would be located at facilities worldwide. They are continuing their migration to Workday for HR and Payroll, and they are a heavy SAP HANA shop. So, someone who not only knows UKG but also has worked in an environment where it s been tied to Workday or similar HR/Payroll systems is critical.
