RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Doral, FL that is seeking a Clarity PPM Systems Administrator.

Summary:
We seek a Systems Administrator with prior experience supporting Clarity PPM. This resource will support the configuration, administration, and maintenance of the Clarity PPM tool, implement and maintain best practices, assist in keeping the platform up to date, and drive improvements where needed under the direction of PMO leadership. This candidate must have experience supporting Clarity PPM in an administrator capacity within an enterprise setting.

Essential Functions:
* Assist with the configuration and maintenance of the Clarity PPM tool, including setting up user accounts, permission, and system settings
* Provide support to users, including troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and offering guidance on using the Clarity PPM tool effectively
* Work with the PMO Governance Lead to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the tool, which includes regular updates and audit reviews
* Assist in technical support for Clarity PPM including creation, generation, and distribution of reports and dashboards, supporting and representing the company in systems integrations, platform upgrades, data clean-up or data extract
* Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides within department web publishing platform
* Manage PMO Support inbox and Service Now requests to ensure timely responses and proper follow-up
* Work with Portfolio Analyst on project financial reconciliation, financial data extracts and WIP adjustments on timesheet transactions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Project Management
* Minimum of 5 years as a systems administrator with 2 years hand-on administration of Clarity PPM
* Solid understanding and experience with project management methodologies and tools/applications, project finances, various software development lifecycles, and MS 365 Office (Teams) productivity tools
* Experience with PowerBI
* Experience working in a departmental or enterprise PMO setting
* Ability to understand and work cohesively across teams to achieve a common solution
* Must possess a clear and abiding interest in project and systems administration
* Must possess strong interpersonal, facilitation and consensus building skills
* Ability to obtain cooperation and build trust at all levels across PMO
* Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
