RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in Braintree, MA.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Program Manager to lead and coordinate key initiatives across three global franchises. This role is central to driving team alignment, managing program governance, and ensuring smooth execution of cross-functional efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own weekly Core Team agendas, meeting notes, and action item follow-ups
* Facilitate program meetings, lead discussions, and escalate critical issues
* Build and maintain dashboards in SmartSheet to track program status
* Report program updates to leadership and identify process improvement opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years in Program Management, Marketing, or related roles in the life sciences or medical device industry
* Expertise in SmartSheet and Microsoft Office tools
* Experience working with global teams and navigating diverse technical/business functions
* Hands-on experience with product lifecycle management
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
