Job Description
Seeking Colorado Locals who are a RPA Bot Full Stack Engineer to join our growing automation team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with deep experience building and maintaining scalable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and DarkRoom. You will help design, develop, deploy, and support intelligent bots that drive efficiency and business value across the enterprise.

Daily Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA bots across business processes using Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and DarkRoom.
Collaborate with product managers, and end users to understand requirements and translate them into automation workflows.
Build and maintain full-stack automation solutions, including data integration layers, APIs.
Implement exception handling, logging, and bot performance monitoring mechanisms.
Integrate bots with AI/ML models or external AI services to enhance decision-making and intelligent routing (e.g., NLP, document classification, etc.).
Maintain version control, documentation, and reusable code libraries for automations.
Ensure all bots meet compliance, security, and governance standards.
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline support, and deployment automation.
Continuously improve automation frameworks, tools, and development practices
Technology Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development with Automation Anywhere (A2019 or higher) and Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud).
Experience working with DarkRoom (process automation or document workflow).
Strong programming understanding in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and database integrations (SQL/NoSQL).
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus.
Experience working in SAFe DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
