  • Design and maintain accessible infrastructure for operational and engineering staff usage.

  • Ensure staff members possess appropriate operating system and application permissions necessary for their job responsibilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proficiency in scripting for automation with Bash, Python, Groovy, or other relevant languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience administering enterprise servers and storage, site reliability engineering or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with configuration management systems like Ansible, Chef, or Salt.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing Linux servers and infrastructure across physical and virtual environments.
  • Experience in administering database technologies, encompassing MySQL and MSSQL.
  • Understanding of private, public, and hybrid cloud concepts.
  • Competence in patch management for extensive host networks.
  • Skill in Linux operating system fortification and security remediation.
  • Administration experience with VMWare and Storage Area Network (SAN) systems.
  • Ability to utilize system monitoring tools such as Nagios or Sensu Go.
  • Proficiency in administering network attached storage environments.
  • Capacity to swiftly learn and implement new open-source and commercial off-the-shelf tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in an agile work environment.
