Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
  • The Technical Program Manager will lead mobile-first programs across iOS and Android platforms, driving seamless delivery of consumer-facing banking features.
  • This role requires deep expertise in Agile program execution, technical coordination, and regulatory compliance within the fintech or mobile banking domain.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale, multi-team initiatives and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead mobile-first programs across iOS and Android platforms, ensuring successful delivery of banking features and optimized user experiences.
  • Drive Agile Release Train (ART) execution using SAFe Agile methodology, coordinating across multiple teams and dependencies.
  • Manage Jira workflows, custom dashboards, and sprint planning to maintain traceability and alignment across teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end program delivery, from requirements gathering to release and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and technical leads to refine backlogs, sequence releases, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
  • Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate impacts effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory standards across mobile banking applications.
  • Work closely with compliance, risk, and cybersecurity teams to ensure all initiatives meet industry and organizational standards.
  • Support initiatives related to payments, authentication, client self-servicing, and digital identity verification.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • 7+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in mobile banking or fintech.
  • Proven track record of iOS and Android app delivery in regulated environments.
  • SAFe Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant or SAFe Agilist) highly preferred.
  • Advanced Jira expertise, including workflow customization, reporting, and CI/CD integration.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, and AWS cloud services.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Material Design, accessibility standards, and responsive UI development.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Espresso, and Robolectric.
  • Proficiency in version control tools including Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and mobile DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of OWASP Mobile Security, PCI DSS, GDPR, and secure data handling practices.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Background in banking, financial services, or fintech applications.
Should Have:
  • Experience with Firebase, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with mobile backend-as-a-service (MBaaS) solutions.
  • Knowledge of WebSockets, Push Notifications, and real-time data handling.
  • Exposure to blockchain applications in financial services.
  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel).
