Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly experienced Java Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex financial systems. You'll provide technical leadership, strategic direction, and expertise in Java technologies to drive innovation and excellence in financial services.
Requirements:
1. 15+ years of Java experience, with 5+ years in technical leadership roles
2. Strong understanding of Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), financial systems, and technical trends
3. Experience with financial data processing, trading platforms, risk management systems, or other financial applications
4. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), microservices, and containerization (Docker)
5. Familiarity with security standards (PCI-DSS, HIPAA) and financial regulations
