Role Summary

HiringBackend Software Engineersto design and build critical backend system, including infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, and databases that drive the platform s scalability, reliability, and performance. This role offers high ownership and visibility across the engineering organization.

Core Responsibilities

Execute complex backend software projects focused on APIs, data processing, and infrastructure
Design scalable multi-tenant SaaS systems ensuring security and isolation
Author and review technical proposals
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and database solutions
Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime
Drive backend best practices and technical excellence

Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of backend, platform, or systems engineering experience
Strong experience withPythonand its ecosystem
Production experience withAWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Hands-on experience withrelational databases
Solid computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, complexity)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designingmulti-tenant SaaSplatforms with scalability and data isolation
Proficiency insystem design,data modeling, anddata architecture
Familiarity withAPI design best practices
Experience withdata pipelines(batch or streaming)
Hands-on work withTerraform, Pulumi, or AWS CDK
Background inmathematical optimization,logic programming, orcontrol systems engineering
