Service Delivery Manager

Seeking a Service Delivery Manager for new project estimations & solutions.

Must have exp. with:
-Google Cloud Platform BQ, AI/ML, Agentic AI, SAC Analytics
-Willing/able to work with offshore (India) team.

Nice to have skills:
-Hadoop, SQL & Data background

Duration: contract position/6 months+
Work location: San Jose, CA (onsite)

Project exp. related to:
-Data Warehouse and/or Data Lake implementation(s).
-BI and reporting platform rollouts.
-Migration of legacy data systems to the cloud.
-Data governance framework deployment
-Strong understanding of data platforms (e.g., SQL, data warehouses, cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
-At least 10 yrs. of exp. running end to end projects.
-Implementation exp. with GenAI based delivery/Agentic AI/ AI Ops is mandatory. (not be limited to using only AI Assistants)

Responsibilities:
-Project planning & execution
-Define project scope, goals & deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
-Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
-Track progress & ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
-Team & Stakeholder Management
-Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, data analysts, business intelligence, and product teams.
-Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
-Facilitate meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
-Risk & Issue Management
-Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
-Resolve project issues and conflicts as they arise, escalating when necessary.
-Quality & Compliance
-Ensure data governance, security, and quality standards are adhered to.
-Oversee testing, validation, and sign-off processes for data products and solutions.
-Reporting & Documentation
-Maintain clear documentation of project plans, decisions, risks, and lessons learned.
-Deliver regular status reports and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders
