Minimum Requirements:
8+ years of experience with Informatica IICS, IDMC, or PowerCenter for ETL development.
8+ years of experience integrating data from diverse sources (Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, PDF) for Tableau reporting.
8+ years of experience writing and optimizing complex SQL scripts.
8+ years of experience in data analytics, performance management, or data warehousing projects.
8+ years of experience with technical writing, diagramming (Visio, Erwin), and Microsoft Office tools.
8+ years of experience developing Python scripts for data testing and automation.
8+ years of experience identifying and tracking defects throughout the development lifecycle.
8+ years of experience collaborating with development teams to improve quality processes.
8+ years of experience developing and executing test plans and scripts.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Commitment to confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data.
Preferred Experience:
Experience enhancing automation frameworks and expanding test coverage.

Summary:
Seeking an experienced ETL Analyst/Engineer to support the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).
The selected candidate will contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the HHS Data Integration Hub, a critical initiative aimed at integrating and automating data flows across multiple systems.
The role involves working within an Agile development team to design, develop, and implement ETL processes, complex SQL scripts, and automation pipelines using Informatica IICS/PowerCenter, while supporting data visualization and reporting needs through platforms like Tableau.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and automate ETL processes using Informatica IICS or PowerCenter.
Acquire and integrate data from multiple sources including Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and PDF.
Develop and optimize complex SQL scripts for data transformation and dimensional modeling.
Collaborate with data engineers and architects to implement scalable data solutions.
Validate and verify data pipelines, SQL scripts, and Informatica workflows.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
Enhance and maintain a Java-based web portal for Tableau dashboards.
Develop mockups and work with stakeholders for validation and feedback.
Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and specifications.
Support testing efforts including integration, load, and stress testing.
Assist with tool configuration and implementation as needed.
