Location: Houston TX Onsite 3-4 times/week

Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Salesforce Administrator , you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and efficient operation of our Salesforce platform. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining robust lead generation processes, pre-sales workflows, and collaborating with various departments to ensure Salesforce aligns with business objectives. Additionally, you will leverage your business analysis skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Administration:
    • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
    • Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
    • Implement and maintain automation processes, workflows, and validation rules.
    • Create and optimize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
    • Ensure data integrity and perform regular data maintenance tasks.
  1. Lead Generation and Pre-Sales:
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement lead generation strategies.
    • Utilize Salesforce tools to track and analyze lead conversion metrics.
    • Optimize lead qualification processes and workflows to enhance pre-sales activities.
    • Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and streamline the sales process.
  1. Business Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems.
    • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
    • Translate business needs into technical requirements for Salesforce customization.
  1. Integration & Data Management :
    • Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow.
    • Perform data analysis and cleansing to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  1. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into pre-sales and lead generation performance.
  2. Utilize Salesforce analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

User Training and Support:

  1. Conduct training sessions for users to ensure proper utilization of Salesforce features.
  2. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a deep understanding of the Salesforce Suite.
  • Strong background in building and optimizing lead generation processes and pre-sales workflows.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on pre-sales and lead generation processes.
  • Strong understanding of the complete Salesforce suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201 or ADM211) is required; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
