Job Title: Executive Support & Lab IT Specialist

Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite Mon Fri, limited hybrid)

Duration: 6+ months (extensions possible)

Overview:
We re seeking an experienced Executive Support & Lab IT Specialist to deliver high-touch technical support for senior leaders and engineering teams in a controlled lab setting. This role ensures a seamless executive experience, supports complex creative workflows, and maintains secure, compliant lab operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide VIP-level IT support for executives (CVPs) and their teams.
  • Manage setup, configuration, and performance of QuAD servers and lab systems.
  • Support render-farm workflows, GPU workloads, and PLM systems (e.g., Windchill).
  • Lead Surface Hub and device management firmware testing, troubleshooting, and inventory.
  • Oversee user/device provisioning, Intune/MDE configuration, and access control.
  • Maintain compliance with EHS and enterprise security standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in VIP/executive IT support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Intune, MDE, EPM, and certificate-based authentication.
  • Familiarity with creative and engineering workflows (Adobe, rendering, large file transfers).
  • Experience supporting lab or high-security environments
