We are looking for Workday Data Integration Lead for our client in Tampa, FL
Job Title: Workday Data Integration Lead

Job Description:
  • Responsible for leading the end-to-end integration strategy and execution for the client s transition from a legacy finance system to Workday Finance.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders, architects, and developers to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant integration solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of Workday Finance integrations.
  • Define integration architecture and standards.
  • Manage inbound and outbound interfaces and data flows.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to define data requirements.
  • Oversee data mapping and error handling.
  • Ensure compliance with Workday and client policies.
  • Coordinate testing and cutover activities.
  • Mentor integration developers.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Workday Finance certification.
  • Workday Core Finance Integration.
  • Workday Studio.
  • Workday Extend.
  • Strong grasp of data conversion and error handling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience:
  • 8 years of Workday integration experience.
  • 3 years of Workday Finance integration experience.
  • 3 years as an Integration Lead or Architect.
Skills:
  • Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Experience with middleware platforms.
  • Workday Cloud Platform (Extend).
  • Document Transformation (DT).
  • Integration System User (ISU).
  • Workday Report Writer.
  • Workday Prism Analytics.
  • Workday Financials Connectors.
