Description

We are seeking a Data Reporting Analyst in the Healthcare/NHS industry, located in Sunrise, Florida. The role is a contract to hire opportunity and will involve using analytical skills and business intelligence to develop impactful analytics products, provide insights, and support data-driven decision making within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Utilize healthcare domain experience to develop valuable analytics products for executive leadership, internal teams, and external customers

Deliver targeted insights and analytics to support informed decision-making processes

Develop an understanding of member and provider performance, identifying variables affecting performance and opportunities for Value Based Payment contracting

Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement through data analysis, recommending technical solutions, and creating reports to support business needs

Evaluate data and report findings for accuracy, completeness, intent, and scope

Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management, communicating complex analytical solutions to diverse audiences

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insightful analytic solutions

Use data to deliver compelling storytelling to drive impactful results

Utilize fact-finding and effective questioning techniques and diagnostic tools to identify and analyze problems

Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills; interact within all levels of the organization

Demonstrate ability to successfully plan, organize and manage projects, critical thinking, problem-solving, and the analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of complex information

Demonstrate the ability to conceptualize, create partnerships and facilitate change

Requirements

Proficient in the use of Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT)

Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret complex data

Ability to convert data into actionable business insights

Experience in the healthcare or NHS industry is highly desirable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in the healthcare sector

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Healthcare Administration

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare industry

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to continue learning and improving relevant skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
