Looking for a US Support Manager

We are expanding our Application Management Services (AMS) team and seeking experienced U.S.-based professionals for the key remote support role.

This position will manage multiple support accounts within our growing portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee AMS delivery across multiple client accounts

  • Coordinate with offshore teams, ensure SLA compliance

  • Act as escalation point and manage client communications

  • Track and report support KPIs and performance

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in AMS or managed support services

  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent communication and team coordination experience
