Looking for a US Support Manager
We are expanding our Application Management Services (AMS) team and seeking experienced U.S.-based professionals for the key remote support role.
This position will manage multiple support accounts within our growing portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Oversee AMS delivery across multiple client accounts
Coordinate with offshore teams, ensure SLA compliance
Act as escalation point and manage client communications
Track and report support KPIs and performance
Requirements:
10+ years in AMS or managed support services
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and team coordination experience
