Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Splunk Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing Splunk environments, configuring ITSI modules, and automating administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize ITSI services, KPIs, and event aggregation policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Splunk infrastructure and performance issues.
• Implement best practices for access controls, data ingestion, and CIM compliance.
• Automate routine admin tasks using scripting tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights into IT operations through dashboards and alerts.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Splunk Administrator with focus on ITSI.
• Strong knowledge of SPL, CIM, data models, and dashboards.
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or Shell).
• Solid understanding of IT operations, networking, and system administration.
• Splunk Admin Certification (preferred).
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
