Job Details
Title: Data Scientist (Only W2)
Preferred Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 6 Month CTH
Secondary Locations: Minneapolis, MN or Detroit, MI
General Notes
- We look for individuals who have experience in Time Series or who have manager a Forecast. These are key pieces of the puzzle. If people don t have this at all, we likely won t hire them, so we need to focus on this experience.
- Types of skills they need Python, R, SAS, SQL, Statistical Modeling, A/B testing, Hypothesis Testing.
- Candidates must be comfortable presenting data to other people that are not their direct manager.
- We are not looking for Developers, Data Engineers or Data Architects for our team. We do not ETL scripts, pipeline development or automation here and not looking for those skill sets at all.
- We don t want MBA s who direct others to do things (you get MBA candidates with Marketing bakground who picked up some SQL or Python they are not right fit though.
