Data - Systems Architect 4
Minneapolis MN or Charlotte, NC
24 months
Hybrid onsite 3 days in office/2 days remote
- 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent
- Seeking a Data Architect with a strong HR tech domain background
- Will help with system architecture, data center moves, rationalization efforts, and similar.
- Looking for someone with deep HR tech experience and knowledge of modern Human Capital Management and data platforms.
- Must have strong experience within Data architecture; system architecture;
Technical skills required:
- Workday HCM integrations or data models
- Background in Microsoft Fabric (or similar, e.g. Azure, Synapse, PowerBI, etc) data warehousing
- Data Center moves or Cloud migrations with migration, consolidation experience
