Job Details

Systems Engineering Services is seeking a Certified Problem Manager based out of the Denver, CO.

Top 5 Technical Skills:

  1. Experience with monitoring and observability tools (DataDog, CloudWatch, AppDynamics, Splunk) to analyze performance trends and identify recurring issues.
  2. Familiarity with automation and workflow design within ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms.
  3. Exposure to security, compliance, and audit requirements related to incident and problem data.
  4. Knowledge of Clients core applications (PSC, Participant Web, CSAS, IVR, and OnBase) is a plus.
  5. Background in vendor management and coordinating external RCAs with third-party providers (e.g., AWS, Experian)
