Job Title: SAP FICO Test Lead S/4HANA Location: Newark, NJ 07102 (Onsite Hybrid; candidates must relocate immediately)
Duration: long term contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Test Lead who can lead end-to-end testing for SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate must have strong SAP testing expertise, team leadership skills, and experience working in onsite offshore delivery models.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP FICO testing across S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
- Plan, manage, and execute the full software testing lifecycle.
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams as the primary test lead.
- Manage communication with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
- Prepare test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and manage defect lifecycle.
- Ensure testing timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.
Must-Have Skills:
- SAP FICO Testing
- SAP S/4HANA Test Lead experience
- Experience in SAP testing for 10 12+ years
- Strong project management skills
- Onsite offshore team coordination
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management

- SAP HCM knowledge
- SAP Functional exposure
