Job Details

The data entry technician will support the following:

  • Gathering and entering unaccounted inventory into CMMS
  • Interfacing with project teams to gather PO Data used to purchase material
  • Working with Inventory department to gather current inventory data
  • Working with maintenance team on generating spares and providing justifications and working with vendors to obtain lead times and quotes
  • Working with maintenance team on validating appropriate warehouse materials
  • Some field work required ~50%: Must be able to travel to several local plant and field locations to gather inventory. Area of coverage will include Midland, Orla, Mentone and Monahan in Texas as well as Carlsbad in New Mexico. Length of stay at each site will vary. May be paired with team member for local travel or with Enterprise employee for remote locations. Site map can be found at attachment on this job

Required:

  • Basic computer skills. Microsoft Office Suite skills (esp. Excel)
  • Previous experience with data entry
  • General office skills and the ability to work as a team required
  • Must have personal vehicle (eligible for mileage reimbursement)

Preferred:

  • Some mechanical background and familiarity with rotating equipment
