Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst for one of our Hospitality clients. This role will be a remote opportunity and the initial contract will be 6 months with room for conversion or extension.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that developers have clear and actionable specifications. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of software development processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Requirements Gathering:**

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify functional requirements.

- Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

2. **Documentation:**

- Create comprehensive documents, including:

- Functional requirements specifications.

- Technical specifications for development teams.

- User stories and use cases.

- Maintain and manage updates to all documentation as requirements evolve.

3. **Collaboration with Development Teams:**

- Work closely with developers to ensure that they fully understand the specifications.

- Assist in the troubleshooting of technical issues during the development phase.

4. **Testing and Validation:**

- Collaborate with quality assurance (QA) teams to develop test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications.

- Support the testing phase to validate that the delivered product meets the specified requirements.

5. **Process Improvement:**

- Identify opportunities for process improvements in requirement gathering and documentation.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for technical specifications.
