Job Details
- Oversee full lifecycle of IRA labor compliance programs, including planning, rollout, and
- Align cross-departmental efforts with prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements under the Inflation Reduction Act.
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to federal and company policies.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Project Management, and EPC teams to ensure early-stage compliance is embedded in project design and subcontractor selection.
- Analyze project-specific risks and recommend mitigation strategies in consultation with the IRA Manager.
- Prepare department-wide reports and executive summaries for leadership and
- Assist in the development and enforcement of SOPs, templates, and documentation systems (e.g., LCPTracker, SharePoint).
- Serve as a key internal trainer and resource on IRA labor provisions
Represent the department in meetings with external stakeholders, including subcontractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
