Job Details
Role: Instructional Designer Technical Sales Enablement
Location: Remote
Duration: 3+ Months
The contractor will support the Technical Sales Enablement track developing eLearning, demos, and virtual workshops that help sellers articulate value through the lens of technology differentiation, architecture, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Build modular eLearning (Rise or Storyline), facilitator guides, and/or demo scripts for SKO or QTP delivery.
Create scalable, role-appropriate content that balances technical accuracy with sales narrative clarity.
Translate deep technical content into sales-relevant messaging that enables sellers to confidently discuss architecture and integrations.
Ensure consistency with Company FY26 SKO narrative and product storytelling strategy.
Participate in weekly syncs with the Enablement and PMM teams, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with SKO deliverables.

- Collaborate with SMEs & Product Marketing
Translate deep technical content into sales-relevant messaging that enables sellers to confidently discuss architecture and integrations.
- Support GTM & Platform Story Alignment
Ensure consistency with Company FY26 SKO narrative and product storytelling strategy.
- Manage Project Timelines & Reviews
Participate in weekly syncs with the Enablement and PMM teams, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with SKO deliverables.
RequirementsRequired Experience
- 5+ years of instructional design or enablement experience in B2B tech, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of technical sales motions SE/AE collaboration, demos, proof-of-value (PoV) stages, and customer technical validation.
- Proven ability to simplify complex product or platform content for sales audiences.
- Expertise with eLearning tools (Rise 360, Storyline, Synthesia) and video scripting for demos or animations.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders (PMM, SE org, Enablement).
- Background in cybersecurity, SOC operations, cloud or data protection. Technical competence demonstrated from previous experience and certifications held.
Preferred Experience
- Experience designing for pre-sales or technical field enablement teams.
- Familiarity with Company Falcon Platform or competing platforms (Palo Alto, SentinelOne, Microsoft, etc.).
- Strong project management and editing skills with attention to technical accuracy and clarity.
