Product Owner with AI (Local Candidates Needed)

Title: Specialist Standard III - Product Owner with AI experience
Duration- Long Term
Location: Washington, DC 20433 Hybrid Onsite: 4 Days per week onsite from Day1.

The Product Owner will coordinate efforts with team members and cross-functional business partners including Agile Scrum teams. The Product Owner will oversee implementation of a product roadmap that will enhance advised and managed investing offerings. Members of the team who are highly successful demonstrate the ability to manage the product lifecycle, think creatively, develop recommendations that are data driven/fact-based, deliver results in a matrixed organization and have the flexibility and maturity to handle various situations. This role is for individuals with a bias for action and who are detail oriented.
What you ll do:

• Develop a deep understanding of our users and leverage data in the design of new processes and interactions to enhance the overall user experience.
• Analyze existing and future internal tools (proprietary and third party) and collaborate on strategies for creating a holistic and efficient representative desktop for wealth management.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners in Digital Wealth Platforms and technology leads and architects.
• Lead product discovery activities and work with internal and third parties to design integration solutions.
• Build a product roadmap to articulate and drive the priorities.
• Create a release plan in coordination with the scrum team and other lines of business.
• Manage development efforts and technology scrum teams: writing user stories, refining the backlog, and working with User Experience.
• Strong digital product management skills including experience with design thinking and client journeys.
• Experience working with User Experience designers and implementing digital experiences using Agile development practices leading multiple teams as Product Owner.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions and progress in the face of ambiguous and at times overlapping priorities High level of comfort with technology.
• 5+ years of product management / product development within financial services preferred.
• Experience with investment management is a plus.
• Knowledge of Enterprise products, services and support systems is a plus.
• Experience with AI Products/Agentic AI is huge plus.
• Bachelor and post graduate degree's are a plus.
