Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in computer systems or equivalent
- 10 years in Information Technology
- 5+ years with Cisco Networks
- 3+ years working with Senior Leadership
- Highly Effective at developing professional relationships with customer leaders and key stakeholders.
- Experience with Network Technologies including LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewall, Zscaler, Infoblox, Load Balancers, DNS, Proxy, and Data Centers.
- Experience with ITSM products and processes including ITIL.
- Experience with Service Now preferred.
- Experience with Automation including concepts and identification of automation opportunities.
- Able to effectively manage multiple concurrent activities in-parallel.
- Effective at working remotely and onsite with customer.
- Self-starter with a knack for taking initiative and getting things done .
- Must have a passion for your work and an ability to apply that passion to both daily tasks and larger projects.
- Ability to work with a remote team via collaboration tools (Chat, Email, and Video Conferences).
- Strong documentation skills, ability to write executive and technical reports
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision.
- Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach.
