Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Candidates must be local or open to relocation)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Analyst to lead business architecture and process modeling initiatives within our credit risk domain. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in business analysis, enterprise architecture, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in visualizing future workflows, maturing current business architecture, and driving value through new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Architecture & Modeling:
- Develop and evolve business architecture frameworks to support future-state workflows.
- Model business processes using tools such as UML and enterprise architecture platforms.
- Build scalable models for workflow tools to support analysis and growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to document and communicate the value of new processes and capabilities.
- Translate complex business and technical concepts into actionable recommendations.
- Product & Program Leadership:
- Lead product development and strategy for large-scale data, analytics, and software initiatives.
- Set clear goals and manage project timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide weekly updates to leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Technical Collaboration:
- Explain existing tools and systems to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams working in C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8-10 years of experience in senior roles such as Business Analyst, Business Architect, or Solutions Architect.
- Proven experience in the Credit Risk business domain.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools (e.g., UML).
- Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Comfortable working on the business side while understanding technical implications.
- Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Pittsburgh or willing to relocate.
- Contract Type: 12-month contract with potential for extension.
- Work Environment: Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite.
