Job Details

Title: Analytics Engineer
Location: Remote - Candidates must reside within designated regions across the United States

Description:
The Analytics Engineer will be a key contributor to the data team, responsible for building and maintaining robust data pipelines and ensuring high-quality, accessible, and actionable data across the organization. This position will support the development of enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions, closely collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to enable data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:
Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines
Implement data models using modern data transformation tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture data needs and deliver effective technical solutions
Maintain data quality through rigorous testing and validation practices
Create and manage clear documentation and data dictionaries
Support dashboard creation and visualization initiatives
Develop scripts for automation and data processing
Participate in peer reviews and contribute to ongoing process improvement
Monitor trends and innovations in analytics engineering
Assist in compiling competitive and market data for strategic use

Required Skills:
Bachelor s degree in a related field
Demonstrated experience in analytics or data engineering
Strong command of data querying languages
Practical experience with data transformation and modeling tools
Knowledge of cloud-based data warehouses
Familiarity with reporting and visualization platforms
Proficiency in automation scripting
Sound understanding of data modeling best practices
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills

Desired Skills:
Familiarity with additional cloud service providers
Exposure to source control and versioning tools
Experience with orchestration platforms
Understanding of deployment automation
Awareness of data compliance and governance standards
Exposure to streaming or real-time data environments

Employment Type:
Perm/ Full-Time

Compensation:
Pay range: $130-150k + 5% bonus + LTE
