Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) / Talent Acquisition Product & Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud module. This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud's recruiting capabilities and a strong understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes. The SME will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver a streamlined, efficient, and compliant hiring experience.
Required skill and experience:
Must have 5+ year experience, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including at least 2+ years specifically in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
Serve as the functional SME for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), leading solution design, configuration, and deployment efforts.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle ORC configurations and workflows.
Configure and maintain recruitment processes including job requisitions, candidate workflows, interview scheduling, job offers, and onboarding integrations.
Ensure alignment of the ORC solution with organizational policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
Manage integrations with background check providers, onboarding systems, career sites, and third-party job boards.
Support testing cycles (unit, system integration, UAT) and drive issue resolution related to Oracle ORC.
Deliver training sessions and create user guides for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR staff.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements based on user feedback.
Stay informed of Oracle product updates and roadmaps and assess their impact on business processes.
Work closely with Oracle support and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and functional issues.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes including requisition creation, candidate sourcing, evaluation, hiring, and onboarding.
Experience configuring ORC components such as job templates, career sites, recruiting phases/states, and offers.
Familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle Cloud certification in Talent Acquisition/ORC preferred.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience.
