Enterprise Architect
Summary
The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for defining and evolving the organization s enterprise architecture to ensure alignment between business strategy and technology execution. This role will provide strategic direction, establish architectural standards, and guide large-scale initiatives to ensure the technology landscape is scalable, secure, and adaptable to future business needs. The Enterprise Architect will partner closely with business and IT leaders to drive innovation, modernization, and organizational transformation.
Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain, and communicate the enterprise architecture vision and roadmap.
  • Translate business strategies into actionable technology architectures and initiatives.
  • Establish and govern architecture standards, principles, and best practices across domains.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support long-term strategy.
  • Provide architectural oversight, impact assessments, and risk mitigation for major initiatives.
  • Lead and support modernization efforts including Cloud, data, and digital platform transformations.
  • Foster alignment and collaboration across business, application, data, infrastructure, and security teams.
  • Mentor architects and technology teams and promote continuous improvement through the Architecture Center of Excellence (CoE).

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience shaping technology strategy and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, Cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
  • Experience working within Agile and Lean delivery models at scale.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
