Role: Oracle Service Cloud Lead Consultant
Location: Complete Remote
Client: Argano
Full Time Positon
EXPERIENCE:
- 8 to 10 years of consulting or industry experience.
- 4+ years in leading Oracle Service Cloud or Oracle Fusion Service Cloud (B2B) in a project setting, integrating with other Oracle CX and SCM modules.
- Hands-on expertise in configuration of Oracle Service Cloud subject areas such as Service Center and one or more areas of Hep Desk, Case management, and Digital Customer Service
- Hand-on expertise in functional and technical Service Cloud configuration areas such as Service Requests, Work Orders, Queue, Omnichannel, Assignment Rules, etc.
- Experience in integration of Oracle Service Cloud with one more Maintenance Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Service Logistics, Order Management modules etc.
- Extensive experience in consulting or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.
- In-depth knowledge of the technologies and relevant systems.
- Leading and managing different projects
- Up to date understanding of latest releases and functionality for Oracle Sales Cloud
- Preferred experience in implementing Redwood UI
- Preferred experience of Application Composer concepts and extending Service Cloud screens
- Preferred experience of Customer Structure in Oracle Fusion Applications and OTBI report and analytics
