Job Details

Role: Veeva Solutions Architect

Location: Palo Alto, CA - Onsite Required

Duration: Long-Term Rolling Contract

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage & Maintain Veeva Vault Clinical operations (CTMS, eTMF) & Vault RIM
  • Analyze, develop, and implement Regulatory processes that solve business problems and support business needs using the Vault RIM suite (Submissions, Submissions Archive, Registrations, and Publishing)
  • Formulate recommendations for improvement in business processes and system configuration, develop user requirements to facilitate solutions to achieve the business vision, and address key use cases
  • Translate complex client process requirements into a workable solution design
  • Create & Manage vault to vault integration to Veeva RIM
  • Validate Veeva 24r1 general release
  • RIM Bot implementation, and validation and user training

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Clinical and Regulatory GxP and non-GxP IT solutions.
  • Extensive Veeva Development Cloud background and demonstrated understanding of the key processes and sub-processes specific to Life Sciences
  • Expertise in Veeva RIM, Veeva CTMS, Veeva eTMF, Veeva Submissions, Archive, Veeva QMS, Veeva Quality Docs
  • Candidate must have created and managed vault to vault connections (e.g: Clinical to RIM)
  • Experienced in Veeva custom configurations
  • Experience with configuring and managing email processors (including error handling, reporting and resolution dmarc, DKIM
  • Experience configuring Rave EDC to CTMS is a big plus
  • An ideal candidate would be experienced with python and can own the management of custom EDC to CTMS solution - Including CI/CD in Azure DevOps, understanding of SDLC principles in regulated industry
