IT Project Manager, Selenium, Mobile Automation; CLT

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program/Project manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop executive-level presentations and reports that effectively communicate technical strategies, project updates, and business impacts
• Create and maintain technical documentation for platforms, products, and processes using industry best practices
• Manage and organize content in Confluence for easy access and collaboration across teams
• Track and document project progress using JIRA, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to gather information and synthesize into clear, actionable deliverables
• Ensure all documentation adheres to brand guidelines and meets the expectations of senior leadership

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating high-impact executive presentations
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Hands-on experience with Confluence and JIRA for documentation and project tracking
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience creating C-level documentation (strategy decks, executive summaries, decision-making briefs)
• Background in technology or product development environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Pay range: $52.10 - $60.10
